A hell of an opportunity for us with iReport?

I just read that CNN has officially launched their new user-run "citizen journalist" site iReport.com.

Now, while they say it will be moderated for objectionable content, I think it presents us with a great chance to really start hitting back hard against the lazy, biased, corporate run media.

So, here's what I propose...

What if we all went Jon Stewart on every CNN show possible every day? What if every day, we could monitor the idiotic comments of Wolf Blitzer, the laziness of their political reporting, if we show how they spoke for 20 minutes about how Hillary dresses on a day when 5 soldiers died in Iraq? What if we put up little review shows everyday that exposed how they bring the same talking heads on who have been so wrong about policies in the past, about how they ignored important real questions for guests and threw them ridiculous softballs instead.

I am so sick and tired of the useless infotainment coverage that this "liberal" station has given us for the last ten years. And honestly, do we really have any major way to strike back, to embarrass them, to shame them into covering real issues or exposing them for the garbage news network they are?

They'll be putting so much effort into promoting this thing, that I'd love it if we used it against them. Every night we can flood it with videos pointing out how terrible their coverage of issues really is, and maybe, just maybe, to avoid being berated like this everyday, they will have to respond, even if it's in a small way. Or maybe they won't allow the videos on at all. I don't know. I just see an opportunity here and am losing my mind over how, despite everything we have suffered through these last 7 years, these networks never paid for their mistakes, and they are still pulling off the same bs. Any thoughts?
